Laboratory Oven

Laboratory Oven

One of the laboratory equipment ، Its working principle is based on heating the air inside the oven with the help of heating resistors. … Laboratory oven can be designed with maximum operating temperatures between 900 °C and 1800 °C. Mostly those between 900 °C and 1200 °C are used.

Type Laboratory Oven

Laboratory Type Ovens, also called Bench Type Oven, Muffle Oven, Chamber Oven, Muffle Oven, Circle Oven, basically consist of electronic heat control unit, electrically operated resistances, heater inner chamber and insulation sections.

Its working principle is based on heating the air inside the oven with the help of heating resistors. Temperature control is done with the help of PID-controlled electronic control unit in ovens where precise temperature adjustment is important. While this type of furnace does not have a cooling system, cooling can be done with a fan system that is not very powerful. At the same time, the fan system can be connected to a chimney system in order to deliver various gases, smoke and steam formed in the furnace to the chimney.

Laboratory Furnaces can be designed with maximum operating temperatures between 900 °C and 1800 °C. Mostly those between 900 °C and 1200 °C are used. Due to the insulation applied depending on the maximum operating temperatures, the inner volume of the furnaces is small and the outer volume is larger compared to the inner chamber. The inner chamber of Laboratory Type Ovens can vary between 1 liter and 100 liters depending on the purpose of use.

Type Laboratory Oven MKD

MKD Series Drying Oven is designed for routine heating and drying processes. They offer a good insulation opportunity with their reasonable prices and high capacities.

MKD Series Drying Ovens provide ideal sterilization, drying and heating conditions. Thanks to the high isolation and PID microprocessor control system in the devices, very good temperature distribution and stability are provided. It provides fast and efficient heating with air circulation fans.

Wide usage area with the most suitable incubation conditions: In biology and microbiology laboratories in the fields of medicine and veterinary; research and quality control experiments in the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries; in the fields of biotechnology..etc

Laboratory Oven

The term muffle furnace is mostly used for furnaces that are not fixed to the place of use, have a smaller volume than industrial furnaces and have a maximum operating temperature of around 1000°C and above.

Muffle furnaces generally work with electrical energy. They consist of a sheet metal casing outside. Inside this enclosure is a heating chamber, usually roofed with brick or similar material. The part between the outside of this heating chamber and the sheet metal casing is filled with insulation layers.

Muffle furnaces are used in many different areas. They are used in the determination of ash content by burning the sample in the food industry, in the analysis of raw material quality in the plastics industry, as a heat treatment furnace in the metal industry, in sample preparation in the ceramic industry, and for experimentation in university laboratories.

Using reduced pressure, the Gallenkamp Vacuum Oven allows heat sensitive materials to be dried at low temperatures. Alternatively, more stable samples can be dried faster at higher temperatures without fan circulation.

This furnace is also particularly useful for heating under controlled atmosphere. Since the inner chamber is completely sealed, it may also be suitable for solvent removal, subject to adequate exhaust piping and ventilation conditions for the furnace and chamber respectively.

The vacuum counter is placed to show the vacuum drawn from 0 to 1000mbar. The furnace temperature is controlled by a direct read hydraulic thermostat rated at 10ºC intervals from 30 to 200ºC.
