Description Shear Stability Tester
The device consists of a liquid tank, an electric motor with a double density pump, a spray atomization chamber with a diesel injector and a liquid cooling tank with an ambient temperature of 20 to 250C.
The liquid reservoir is open from the top, calibrated to a volume of approximately 250 ml, an internal diameter of 45 mm, and volume units. Equipped with an internal liquid dispenser. Clockwise 40mm diameter receiver distribution board with defined edges. The dispenser reduces the tendency for liquid wastewater.
The temperature is measured with a thermometer suspended in the middle of the liquid reservoir. The base of the thermometer lamp should be 10-15mm from the opening of the drain hose. Other temperature indicators located in the same location can also be used. The socket is equipped with a tripod.
The three-way stopper is a tight fitting taper type that cannot be replaced with a nominal size 8mm nose. An open plastic tube is used to connect the tripod stopper to the pump inlet.
